(and i hope you do!) michelle - you're totally right - it's called <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broccoflower" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">broccoflower</a>. I also just learned that the middle part of cauliflower is referred to as 'curds'. i just love this lighting idea and i’d love to make a really big one like Lotta’s. lighting is one of those things that is a bit harder to DIY, so i love that anyone can do this. (and i hope you do!)
