March 16, 2010 of 365 : wearing purple hortensia shirt

Hey, it’s my face! I was feeling happy and springy, so I tried taking some self portraits. They all turned out pretty serious. The camera misfired too soon in this one and I liked it the best. Less serious, more funny action.

March 14, 2010 of 365 : railings on dupont near lansdowne

I realized at 11:40pm on Sunday that I hadn’t taken a single photo that day. Although it can be a bit stressful, I do enjoy the challenge of finding a good night time shot. This picture was taken at about 11:50pm while out walking Maisy.

March 8, 2010 of 365 : judys in the sheridan textile studio

I went to visit the Textile Studio at Sheridan on my day off. The second year students are working on a project and I am their ‘client’. There’s a skylight in the studio and light was incredible. I’ll share the projects they are working on in a few weeks when they do their final presentations. I’m very excited to see their final results!

March 7, 2010 of 365 : birch panels at mjolk on dundas west

Finally had a chance to stop into Mjolk in the Junction. What a wonderful space full of beautiful things. My favourite was the huge wall of birch panels at the front of the shop.
